We are aware that you are unable to logon to your old Chapatiz Account. To fix this, you must register for a new account, and we will link your old character to the new account.

Logon to www.munizonline.acclaim.com and register for a new account. Make sure you do not create an avatar (Muni, Muna or Muno) and just register on acclaim website.

Note: When registering for a new user id, make sure you enter the same email id as you did while creating your account on Chapatiz website.

Once this is done, send us the following details:

1) New user id (from munizonline.acclaim.com)
2) Old Avatar name
3) Member Number/id
4) Chapatiz Registered email
5) Level of the avatar

SEND THIS TO: munizonlinesupport@acclaim.com
And they will reply as soon as they can ;D
